Facilitators Requirements
Here are the requirements to become a facilitator for WriteTech Hub Bootcamp:
- Facilitators should have 3+ years of experience working as technical writers and a solid understanding of the subject matter.
- Facilitators must be effective communicators who can listen actively, speak clearly, and be able to convey information in a concise and easy-to-understand manner.
- Facilitators should have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work well with people from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and personality types.
- Facilitators should possess strong facilitation skills, including the ability to manage group dynamics, handle conflict, keep discussions on track, and encourage participation from all group members.
- Facilitators should have good planning and organizational skills, including creating agendas, setting objectives, managing time, and ensuring meeting goals.
- Since the boot camp is hosted online, facilitators should understand virtual facilitation tools such as video conferencing, presentation, and collaboration software.
- Facilitators should uphold the highest standards of ethical and professional behaviour, including confidentiality, impartiality, and respect for all participants.

Facilitators Responsibility
The responsibilities of facilitators in the Writetech Bootcamp include the following:
- Accepting the invitation to take part in tutoring the participants.
- Participate in onboarding sessions and X( fka Twitter ) spaces.
- Hold workshop sessions with the participants.
- Give assessments grades and record their progress.
- Hold assessment discussion sessions with the participants.
- Ensuring that the participants are on track.
- Provide guidance and feedback on their articles.
- Working closely with the participants for a successful project outcome.
- Respond to any inquiries from the WriteTech Hub team.
- Report any violations made by the participants during the program.
- Report the withdrawal of any participant from the Bootcamp.
