To submit a guest post, you must be an active member of our community. If you’re not yet part of the community, we encourage you to join us before submitting your proposal.

Content Guidelines

Posts should maintain a high standard of grammar, structure, and readability.

  • Submissions must be original and align with our focus areas:

    • Open Source Contribution
    • Tech Product Reviews
    • Career Development in Tech Writing
    • Documentation Best Practices
    • Content Creation Tools and Tips
  • Content should be unique, well-researched, and provide actionable insights.
  • Word count: Minimum of 1,000 words, maximum of 2,000 words.
  • Posts should maintain a high standard of grammar, structure, and readability.

Formatting Requirements

  • Proper use of headings, subheadings, and bullet points to increase readability.
  • Provide references for any data or external information included.
  • Include high-quality, royalty-free images or media properly credited.

Tone and Style

  • Posts should have a professional yet approachable tone.
  • Avoid overly promotional content; focus on offering value-driven insights.

Editorial Process

  • All submissions will be reviewed by our editorial team. We reserve the right to edit for clarity, formatting, and relevance.
  • If your post does not meet our standards, it may not be published.

Exclusive Submission

  • Any submitted content must remain exclusive to WriteTech Hub for at least 12 months. During this period, the same article cannot be published elsewhere.

Response Time

  • Please allow up to 2 weeks for a response to your submission.
