Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be vocal, fluent in public speaking, and capable of managing various programs and events with confidence and professionalism. This is a full-time position requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the planning and execution of technical writing conferences, webinars, and other events.
Manage e-book publishing projects related to technical writing and open source.
Coordinate training programs for aspiring technical writers.
Build and maintain relationships with sponsors, partners, and stakeholders.
Ensure smooth communication and collaboration across all teams.
Represent WriteTech Hub at public events, conferences, and meetings.
Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
Qualifications
Proven experience in program management or a related field.
Excellent public speaking and communication skills.
Ability to engage and build relationships with sponsors, partners, and stakeholders.
Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
Must not be a student and must be able to commit to 40 hours per week.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Passion for technical writing and open-source communities is a plus.
